Arkansas State Highway 172 - Bradley County

In
February, 2003, Jensen Construction Company was awarded a $17,650,000 project to
construct the new Highway 172 bridge across the Saline River and the Highway 172
bridge over Flat Branch Creek just outside of Warren, Arkansas. The Saline
River structure is a 1800 foot long bridge supported on 26 piers. The Flat
Branch bridge is 225 foot long and was built in stages which allowed traffic to
proceed uninterrupted through the jobsite. Both bridges along with the
approach work were successfully completed during the 2004 construction season.
