This project involves the improvement of County Road No. 28 in Van Buren County approximately 20 miles north of Conway, Arkansas.  The construction includes embankment, aggregate base coarse, guardrail fencing and the construction of a 352 foot long bridge over North Cadron Creek.  The project began in August of this year and is expected to be complete in the summer of 2006.
